Luis, who works with RT Shaw, was an incredible resource and provided excellent information as I was shopping for car insurance. He was the only one to provide a quote via email as I requested on an insurance comparison site. Four other companies/agents failed to provide a quote and kept calling to engage on the phone.

Regardless of what company you end up choosing for your insurance coverage, make sure you at least talk to Lui or State Farm… these guys really are LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR! I worked with Lui for a couple weeks as I navigated learning and choosing car and renters insurance. I’m someone who is wary of salesmen but also knew as a first time car insurance purchaser, I needed to rely on someone who could explain how the different types of insurances worked. Lui was kind and made little jokes to ease my nerves when I was getting a bit overwhelmed with the process. It was nice to learn what advantages State Farm had over some other companies (like a regional office I could legit just walk into to talk 1:1 if I needed to). If you’re looking to update your plan or find a new plan, he and this office are amazing go to people. THANKS LUI.
